I just wanted to drop you a line about your product because as soon as I received it I went right out to do battle with the wasps that are embedded in the high up cracks and crevices of our home and I have to tell you, I love it. It's such a simple and easy to use design and your pricing is wonderful. I will be spreading the word about this marvelous little item.

We have tried many different systems over the past 15 years and I can assure you that you have the most versatile, efficient and cost-effective system for pest control professionals. Other systems are either bulky, jamming, or expensive to manufacture. When you get a chance, could you please enquire about the cost of selling us + shipping of 10 kits (i.e. Gotcha Sprayer Pro, Powder Duster, Scraper, and a European adaptor).

For orders outside of the continental US:

In order to ship an extension pole outside of the continental US, you must have a UPS account, or the order must be over $1,500.00. If you provide a UPS number, please be aware that customs and duties could be several hundred dollars in addition to the shipping costs. These charges are out of our control.

We are not able to ship individual 24' extension poles, due to the size of the packaging. The maximum length pole that we can ship is the 18' extension pole.

All shipping outside of the continental US must be quoted before the order can ship. Either email kim@gotchasprayer.com or call us at 419-628-2812 (EST).

All orders outside of the continental US are subject to:
- Additional shipping charges
- Duties
- Customs
- Taxes
- We do not markup these charges, and they can add up.

If you order directly from our website and you specify a shipping location outside of the continental US, we will email a freight quote to you. If you do not accept the additional freight, we will refund your money minus a 6% credit card processing fee. We are charged by the credit card companies to process orders and then charged again to process credits. We do not markup these charges.

All of our products attach to extension poles with a standard American threaded tip. The connector will not screw onto a metric or tapered extension pole commonly found outside of the US.
